From 5 pm yesterday (Thursday 1st March) parents of year 6 children should have received their offer of a secondary school place, via an email from eAdmissions. This email will have provided information about what to do next. This email was sent to the same email address that was used to make the online application.
You can also find out about the outcome of your application by logging into eAdmissions website using the unique user name and password.
If you have not received an email – first check your junk mail box. If you have still not received an offer you should contact Southwark Council’s school admission team by email at schools.admissions@southwark.gov.uk and they will assist you.
Late Applicants and those children who have been allocated a school which was not listed as a preference on their application will receive an offer letter from the local authority.
Where can families in Southwark find further information about secondary school appeals or waiting lists if unhappy with the school offered?
Families can find further information and a list of frequently asked questions on Southwark Council’s website at www.southwark.gov.uk/schools-and-education/school-admissions/secondary-admissions/offer-of-asecondary-school-place.
The school admission team also hold a weekly drop in surgery every Wednesday (term time only) from 9:30 am to 3 pm for residents to access advice and support on general school admission related queries. Families can view the school admissions drop in surgery page for further details.
