This week at Forest School the children learned how to safely use tools. Some children removed the bark from the sticks using peelers whilst other children went on a bug hunt and others used large sticks to make a base camp.
We also had great fun with the dry and crunchy leaves by jumping in them and throwing them around – some children even rolled around in them! As always we did some mindfulness and had a well-deserved snack and drink.
We also read a story about a spider, before heading back to school to share our Forest School adventure with our friends.
