Coach Theo is back with another edition of #Healthyathome. This week (Week 4) Coach Theo will show us a simple five session circuit to keep you fit and healthy over Christmas.
This circuit is designed for both adults and children to do a quick and simple set of exercises consisting of five activities with twenty repetitions for each activity performed three times.
If you try and do these daily, they take no more than 10-15 minutes but will keep you feeling healthy and vitalised everyday. These exercises in conjunction with a calorie controlled healthy eating plan will also help you lose weight at a natural and healthy pace.
