This morning for Art, Thames Class were looking at sketching “Still Life”. “Still Life” is a painting or drawing of an arrangement of objects, typically including fruit and flowers and objects contrasting with these in texture, such as bowls and glassware.
As you can see from the images below, the children are working hard to make sure that they draw their subjects with perspective, sizing, and shape proportions in mind to ensure that their artwork is as lifelike as possible.
