This week Year 5 children performed at the Queen Elizabeth Hall as part of Southwark’s Music Festival.
The day was jam packed full of rehearsals on stage with a live band. The program consisted of songs from around the world, with the children singing in harmony, rounds and using body percussion. Parents from six schools attended the final performance—and what a performance it was! Despite some nerves, the children sang beautifully and confidently. We are incredibly proud of them.
