In a recent lesson, Year 2 students engaged with common uses of information technology in a familiar context.
They successfully identified various examples of IT within the school environment and articulated the purpose of each. Students learned how to resize images by selecting the image and dragging one of the squares located at the sides or corners. With computers and mice provided, they were reminded on how to power on the devices and log in.
The students then applied their developing mouse skills by resizing images in a Word document.
