Year 3 commenced their art unit on Drawing: Growing Artists by recognising how artists use shape in drawings. They looked at a range of objects (including a pumpkin from our school garden) and identified associated geometric shapes. They then used this to form the basis of their own still life sketches with varied lines, tones and detail.
