This week, Year 3 continued their exciting journey into the world of pneumatic systems by designing their own pneumatic toys!
The children worked from a design brief, developing clear design criteria to guide their ideas. They explored creative possibilities through thumbnail sketches and then took their designs a step further by producing exploded diagrams, showing how each part of their toy fits together.
It was a fantastic opportunity for pupils to combine creativity with engineering principles, and they can’t wait to bring their designs to life!
