Today we were treated to an array of Science experiments as we welcomed Ted Hill from the Royal Institution. The Royal Institution is a leading independent charity dedicated to connecting as many people as possible with the world of science.
The charitable purpose at the Royal Institution is to bring the public and scientists together to share their interest and passion for science. They believe there should be equitable access to science, and that people’s desire to engage with science and scientists should be nourished.
They help more people to discover science and engage more deeply. The Royal Institution create spaces for scientists and the public to explore science together. They inspire students to see a future with science. They empower people to explore and get involved. And they offer charitable support to those, such as young people in disadvantaged communities, who might otherwise not be able to engage with science.
Ted wowed the audiences with his amazing experiments, which focussed on the necessity of clean energy and sustainable fuel. We shot some video highlights of the shows today, which can be seen here. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Ted for his amazing show today.
