October is Black History Month and on Monday year 3-6 children were treated to a special assembly delivered by Sef and Ashley from the Museum of London Docklands.
The theme was to celebrate London’s diversity and consider the wonderful range of languages spoken in London. Sef (a charismatic storyteller) impressed the children with his ability to talk to our children in several languages. He shared a variety of stories and songs with the children and he even taught them some sign language.
Hopefully another exciting place to take you children to during half term or at a weekend.
