Thursday 1st of February was Time to Talk Day 2018. In the playground at the end of the day, the Child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) early help team were there to promote this. It was a lovely opportunity for parents, carers and children to talk informally to the early help team at the end of the day and to gather information.
A staggering 1 in 10 young people will experience a mental health problem this year.

“It is not the massive gestures or the giant paragraphs that have made the biggest difference, but the little things. It doesn’t take long to send a quick text, but the impact it has is huge. A text from a friend reinforced how I wasn’t alone.”
